Shipping Policy
All Fellowes products weighing 360 Lbs. or less are shipped through UPS Ground to a single address within the 48 contiguous United States:
- Free shipping on all Fellowes shredders shipped to all 48 contiguous States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
- $25.00 Freight handling applies to Fellowes supplies, except when supplies are included in bundles, to all 48 contiguous States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
In case of orders weighing more than 360 lbs., $110.00 for LTL shipments is charged in all 48 contiguous States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
Estimated additional LTL delivery costs (as applicable regardless of order minimum /freight terms):
- Lift Gate $ 25.00
- Inside Del (1st FL Elevator; no stairs) $ 75.00 * up to 1000 LBS.
- Residential Delivery ( up to 500 Lbs.) $ 45.00
- All Manhattan Proper Deliveries $ 125.00 **carry a minimum cost of 125.00 for inside delivery
To ensure timely order processing and delivery, please provide end destination delivery requirements, if other than dock to dock during order submission, so that we may coordinate at the onset and avoid delays.
