Overview
The Fellowes Powershred HS-400 is a certified shredder as being evaluated by the NSA. It is recognized for meeting the requirements of NSA/CSS Specification 02-01 for High Security Cross-Cut Shredders. It can shred the documents into 1/25" x 3/16" (1mm x 4.7mm) cross-cut particles as fast as 13 feet per minute. It can best serve the departments with a range of 1-5 users. Its durable steel cutters can shred 4 sheets per pass. The auto start/stop feature ensures fast and convenient shredder operation. Its wide 9.5" paper entry enables the users to continuously feed 80-column paper. The shredder is equipped with a safety mechanism which causes the unit to shut off automatically in the event of unfavorable instance such as a full wastebasket, opened door or paper jam.
