Overview

Fellowes Powershred C-420 is a low security strip cut shredder. It is a perfect choice designed for large offices with 10 or more users, having low security shredding requirements. It is designed in a way that allows the users to place it easily in the office. It adds to the office décor' and makes the office look sophisticated. The C-420 operates with the speed of 20 feet per minute and cuts 36-38 sheets into 7/32" strips at once. It comes with the NEW Turbo Jam Release button for an efficient clearing of jams. Having 12" wide paper entry, it can accept continuous feeding of 80-column paper. Using this shredder, you can also shred credit cards, staples and small paper clips. Moreover, shredding CDs is not a problem at all with a separate designated safety slot for CDs.

The C-420 is equipped with various convenience features such as electronic auto start/stop function and safety features. All these features altogether make the shredding process as easy as it was never before. Its safety switch is there to shut off the shredder automatically upon detection of full waste basket, a paper jam, or if there is any problem with the door. The wastebasket having 32-gallon capacity is pretty suitable for holding quite large amount of shredded waste. Once filled, it is easy to clear it from waste by using its pull-out mechanism.
